Growing up in a military family with my dad as a Marine, fitness has inevitably been an important part of my life. After acquiring my BSN and becoming a nurse with a focus in orthopedics, I decided to obtain my certifications in Personal Training through the International Fitness Association and Sports Nutrition through the American Sports and Nutrition Association. In my experience I have worked closely with physical therapists in a joint effort to teach exercises for those struggling with compromised body systems. In addition to my experience, I have a passion to perform and create exercise regimens that transform fitness into a fun experience and new challenge. With a creative perspective on generating exercise regimens focusing on interval training, I am able to train those from the elite athlete to those beginners who have not worked out before and everyone in between.
